As Flama Tours, we are one of the oldest established yachting holiday companies founded at 1983 in Bodrum. We are specialists of gulet charters on individual tailor made holidays on up market level.

 

The gulets on our list are the selection of finest charter gulets with a good range of different sizes and prices. Our fleet consists of a good variety of gulets from very large deluxe ones to medium and small size standard gulets to suit every budget and requirements as possible. No matter what the sizes of the boats in our fleet are, the service quality and the experience of our selected captains and crew are the same. They all have very experienced captains and crew and our commitment to quality and personal service ensures that our guests enjoy unforgettable gulet holidays on board our yachts.

 

Upon your request of a gulet, we offer you the best suitable ones, considering the personal requirements of your clients or your operation. Then according to your instruction, we keep the preferred one on option for a certain period, if any of these boats would be suitable. Upon confirmation of the boat, 50% down payment  is requested with the signing of the charter contract. The balance is paid before the embarkation.

 

Chartering a Flama gulet is a unique way to combine relaxation, cruise and travel in truly comfortable and private surroundings with tailor made Flama Tours service. All of the gulets in our fleet have comfortable cabins, spacious sun deck area as well as aft deck area with cushions and dining facilities. They are equipped with air-conditioning, dining facilities in the saloon and on the aft deck with dining table and chairs, spacious sun deck area with cushions, spacious cushioned aft deck area, deck shower and some water sport equipment. They are in excellent technical condition. Our captains and crew are all internationally licensed and they are all trained to provide an exclusive service on board. English is spoken on our gulets. On all our gulets one of the crew members is always a professional cook and the food on board is great. Generally speaking, the cuisine is based on Mediterranean home cooking but the cook is also capable of preparing meals to your personal diets and taste.

 

When you book one of our gulets definitely, our charter information forms asking for the final details of your party i.e. passenger lists, arrival/departure details, food/provisioning, preferences, likes, dislikes, etc. will be forwarded to you about 3 weeks before your departure. Your boat is then prepared according to personal requirements of your clients before their arrival. You will be met at the airport by our host/hostess and your transfers are organised with our modern, air-conditioned vehicles. Complimentary water is provided on our vehicles. When you arrive to your boat, you will be welcomed on board (wherever the boat is) by one of our experienced staff with complimentary champagne and fruit service. After you settle in your cabins, the captain and crew are introduced to guests and a briefing on the life on board and the itinerary is given by our staff while you enjoy your champagne. During the cruise, we stay in touch with our guests to check if everything is OK on board or you need any kind of assistance. At the end of the cruise, guests are again met wherever they are by our staff and taken to back to the airport with private transfer.
